Davis and Lee families to keep 80+ year reunion tradition

SPRING CREEK DISTRICT-The annual Davis and Lee gathering honoring Samuel Carter Davis and Joshua and Nancy Davis Lee is slated for Sunday, August 3, 2008 on the grounds of Mount Solon Cemetery and historic one-room school on Sanoma Road (Blue Goose Road), rain or shine. Children's activities will be provided. A pitch-in style luncheon will begin around noon. Bring table service and a dish to share.

CLINE FAMILY REUNION & GENEALOGY FAIR
July 6-8, 2007
The Cline family reunion will be held July 6, 7 and 8th , 2007 at the 4-H Campground in Mineral Wells WV. The 3 day extravaganza will be packed with fun for the family. Everything ranging from Camping, Motor Cycle Rally, Horseback riding, Gospel Quartets to a Genealogy Fair and other games and activities, to numerous to list here. These Cline family members are descended from George and Susannah Buck Cline who married in NY upon arrival from Germany. Most all Clines residing in the counties along the river are descended from George and Susannah. The current Cline reunion is a result of combining 6 different Cline family reunions from Ohio and West Virginia. Many members were previously unaware of their relationship. If you are a Cline descendant regardless of your surname, or where you live, come join the fun and meet your cousins. Great food, fun and fellowship.

HANNA-HALL REUNION
July 21, 2007
The annual Hanna-Hall Reunion will be held on July 21, 2007 at the Hill Grove Church. This reunion is held the 3rd Saturday of July every year. Lunch is covered dish dinner around 12:00 noon and then we always have an auction to raise money for donations to the Hill Grove Church and cemeteries. So, if you come, bring a gift/gifts, wrapped or unwrapped for auction. This church is located across Spring Creek from the "Herman and Lena Hanna" farm, now owned by Ruth Ann and Henry King. Friends and family please come and join us.
