Separate farm maps of seventeen counties: Braxton (2 sheets). Calhoun (1 sheet), Doddridge (1), Gilmer (2), Harrison (2), Jackson (1), Lewis (2), Marion (2), Marshall (1), Pleasants (1), Ritchie (2), Roane (2), Tyler (2), Upshur (2), Wirt (1), Wetzel (1) and Wood (1). Circa 1910-1920. Depict farm boundary lines, landowners  names, and location of communities, post offices and some railroads. Some maps two sheets (2) and some maps are one sheet (1). (10% discount of map price offered on orders of seven counties or more.) Maps rolled up and shipped in long narrow boxes. Maximum of 10 sheets per box. Postage and handling: One box with 1-6 sheets = $10.00; One box with 7-10 sheets = $12.00. Map of Northwestern Turnpike by Barr Wilson. Mr. Wilson used a copy of an 1833 map of the Clarksburg to Parkersburg section of the road and enlarged it to scale, to a size of 22 inches by 42 inches. The map includes portions of Harrison, Doddridge, Ritchie and Wood Counties and includes location of Indian trails, early county lines, other early roads, streams, etc. The society is reproducing the map in color so it will be easier to distinguish the trails and roads from the streams. There is also a booklet prepared by Mr. Wilson that explains the information on the map and contains stories of early encounters with Indians and reports other activities and events which occurred along the Turnpike and early roads. $30.00 $5.00
Illustrated Industrial Edition of Ritchie County Published by Pennsboro News, Pennsboro, WV, 1905. Contains sketches of prominent citizens and businessmen primarily of Pennsboro.
