RECORD OFFICES

All the trips are organized by our Blackwood Branch.  The fare for each trip is £20 with the exception of the Bristol/Taunton trip.  To book a seat please contact the Trips Organizer:

Suitable identification is required at most of our destinations.  Some places will refuse you admission without it.  Please check with the trips organizer to make sure what is required.

Our West Country trips give you a choice of destinations.

With the first, you have the choice of visiting the Bristol City Record Office or staying on the coach to visit the Somerset Archives.  Members living in the Bristol area are able to join the coach at Bristol and travel to Taunton at a reduced fare.

The coach arrives in Bristol around 8:30.  It leaves Taunton at 4:00 pm and picks up in Bristol around 5: pm.

With the second, you have the choice of visiting the Somerset Archives or staying on the coach to visit the Devon Record Office.  Members can join us in Taunton to travel on to Exeter.

The coach arrives in Taunton around 9:00 am.  It leaves Exeter at 4:00 pm and picks up in Taunton around 5:00 pm.
