C. F. White's birth and marriage certificate name was JAMES F. MILLIKEN. His father was CHARLES FRANKLIN WHITE. Susan Seaver Whiting was the daughter of Jacob Bernard Whiting and Susan (Susannah) Basset Couillard. She married James F. Milliken 13 Mar 1859; he changed his name to Charles Franklin White a short time after their marriage. Their 4 children were Lora Augustine, male, (later A.A.) White, Charles Franklin White, Jr., Clarence Iriving White and Alice Lillian . After C.F's death, Susan married Orson Curtis Russell and they had one daughter, Susan Elizabeth Russell. |
