COVEY, William David, 69, of Snowville, died Sunday, April 14, 1996 
in a Dublin Nursing Home. Surviving are one brother, Albert Covey, 
Radford; two sisters, Ellen Moore, Draper and Ruth Withers, Lynchburg; 
several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 7:30 p.m. Tuesday 
at the DeVilbiss Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Jim Goddard officiating. 
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral 
home
