NSDAR members pay a flat fee of $5.00 which includes the first five pages of photocopying. Please include your membership number in the correspondence.
Nonmembers pay a flat fee of $10.00 which includes the first five pages of photocopying. Send the fee with your inquiry, they will bill you for any photocopying over five pages at the rate of $1.25 for the first page and 30 cents per page thereafter.
