HARPER, Rufus William, 69, of Troutville, died Thursday, April 20, 1995. He is survived by his wife, Zelpha Harper; four sons and one daughter-in-law, James and Jackie Patsel, Jack Harper, Joe Harper, John Morris; two sisters, Suesie Basham, Viola Hambrick; one granddaughter, Jennifer Patsel; two step grandchildren, Jason and Johnny Morris; all of Troutville. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 22, 1995, 11 a.m. at the Rader Troutville Chapel with interment following in the Troutville Cemetery. The family will receive friends and relatives Friday, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
