Mr. Archie Frederick Goad, age 57, died Wednesday, January 22, 1992. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy J. Goad; three daughters, Kathy L. Beckner, Dreama A. Vongphakdy, both of Blue Ridge; Tammy A. Caldwell, Roanoke; five sons, Frederick A. Goad, Roanoke; Michael W. Goad, Cloverdale; Ricky L. Goad, Roanoke; Archie G. Goad, Cloverdale; Timothy J. Goad, Roanoke; one sister, Evelyn J. Campbell, Roanoke; two brothers, Clarence P. Goad, Fincastle; Douglas W. Goad, Richmond; 15 grandchildren; one great-grandchild. A graveside services will be held Friday, January 24, at 2:00 p.m. at the Troutville Cemetery with the Rev. Herbert F. Hogan officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Rader Funeral Home, Troutville.
