OBIT: Mr. Frank Clark, Jr., Retired electrician: Mr. Frank F. Clark, Jr. 77, of 3415 Rushing Road, died Monday, Feb. 16, 1998, at Columbia Augusta Medical Center. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, Lumpkin Road, with the Rev. Colin Dacus officiating. Burial will be in a Hillcrest Memorial Park. Mr. Clark, a native of Inez, KY., had retired from Federal Paper Board as an electrician. He was an Army veteran of World War II, where served as a paratrooper, and was a member of American Legion Post No. 205. He was a member of Senior Friends and was a Methodist. Survivors include his wife, Ellen D. Clark, a son, Frank F. Clark III, Augusta; a sister Esther Outlaw, Norfolk, Va; and one grandchild. Pallbearers will be Tom Glassburn, Walt Haskins, Tony Patterson, Jack Ballard, Bill Maxwell and Ken Kimberly. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the electrical shop of International Paper. Memorials may be made to Mann Memorial United Methodist Church, 2705 Milledgeville Road, Augusta, GA 30904. Friends may call at the residence. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
