George A. Topham, May 1863 - 1934

PARAGONAH--George A. Topham, 71. prominent livestock grower and farmer of 
Paragonah, died at the family residence Monday night following a long 
illness from kidney and heart ailments.

    Mr. Topham was born here in May, 1863, a son of John and Betsey Baker 
Topham.  He married Laura Horsley in the St. George L. D. S. temple in 1889.

    Survivors are his widow, five sons and daughters, George A. Jr., Ernest 
and Angus Topham, Mrs. Sarah Robinson and Mrs. Alda Robinson, all of 
Paragonah; 18 grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Susan Robinson, and a brother, 
Joseph R. Topham.

    Funeral services were conducted in the L. D. S. chapel, with interment in 
Paragonah City cemetery.
