A History of the Creeks

The Alabama Department of Archives and History in Montgomery has 17 letters relating to the Second Creek War, ending in the forcible removal of the Creeks and Cherokees from Alabama. These letters have now been placed on the WWW in gif format, with also a typed version. Unfortunately, the webmaster has used frames for the letters, with no route around the frames.
