Throckmorton has a new library that is just getting started in the old depot and is called The Depot Public Library. It can be found at 120 E. Chestnut, Throckmorton, TX 76483. They are currently open Mon. 9 A.M. to 11 A.M. ; Tues. through Thurs. 9 A.M. to 12:00 noon and 2 to 5 P.M. If anyone has an early picture of the Depot, would you please contact Carolyn Redden at Depot Library, phone 940-849-3076. The library wishes to make a copy to use in the library.
