The library has many conveniences for the patrons.
Online capabilities with computers for adults and children,
alike. A lovely, bright area for the children's books. An unusual
'round room' for the reference books (these cannot be checked out)
The library also offers a large selection of paperback books. These books are on the honor system. When you have finished reading them, just return them to the library.
The Story Hour and Summer Reading Programs are popular activities for the youngsters in the area, and well attended.
The Kingsland Genealogical Society is constantly, adding
to, and improving the genealogical collections, in the reference section.
Volunteers from the society try to help beginners and old timers,
in their family history pursuit.
