In July 1986, a monument was dedicated at the cemetery site commemorating Christ Lutheran Church. The monument stands on the exact spot where Christ Lutheran Church's altar stood. The original Christ Lutheran Church cornerstone is in the monument and it is inscribed with "1906". The inscription on the plaque reads:
"Christ Lutheran Church organized in 1904 under the leadership of the Rev. G. G. Mueller. From 1904 to 1944 the Church maintained a Christian Day School. In 1965 Christ and Grace Lutheran Churches combined to form Redeemer Lutheran Church in Cisco."
