| Picture Occasion: The specific occasion is unknown. Picture Location: The exact location is unknown, but it was probably Wayne County, Tennessee. Picture Date: unknown Individuals: unknown Note: I have been told that this is my grandmother, Mary Fannie Edwards Moore. When her parents, James Edwards & Francis Carolina Pitts Edwards Grimes died, she was raised by her grandparents, James A. Pitts ( a preacher ) & his wife, Mary Elizabeth Hutton. Mary Fannie married George Arthur Moore in the late 1880's. She (& all of these folks ) lived most of their lives in Wayne county, & are buried there. Notice she had a deformed hand, she also had red hair. She was born about 1875-1877 and died in May, 1906. If anyone has information on this family, Please contact me. |
