JOHNSTOWN, PA 1889

Mr. James M. Swank, of Philadelphia, is visiting Johnstown to day.
The funeral of the late John Fenn took place this afternoon from the Presbyterian Church. The services were conducted by Rev. D. M. Miller for the entire family, all of whom, except Mrs. Fenn, were lost in the flood. The deceased were: John, the father; John Fulton, aged twelve, the oldest child; Mary Flemming Miller, Genevieve, George Washington, Anna Richmond Virginia, Bismarck Sullivan, and Queen Esther. Faith Rachel, born since the flood, died in infancy. The pall bearers were Dr. W. E. Matthews, James King, D. M. Greer, George A. Hager, John Lloyd, and Morrell Swank.
The Young Men's Christian Association attended in a body, and Mr. L. S. Boomer made an address in its behalf. Mr. Fenn's remains were interred in Grand View.
