Klamath Basin Genealogical Society!

We are a small group dedicated to the studying, collecting, sharing and  preserving of genealogical and historical information in the Klamath Basin area of Southern Oregon, Klamath County.

We gather together on alternating months for a business meeting with a program to learn about some aspect of genealogy. 

We provide individual research help on the months between our meetings to work with those who are learning the basics of genealogy research.

All of our events are open to the public!

Do you have a local area research request, such as a marriage record, cemetery location or obituary lookup?  Club members will do Obituary Lookups for $3.00, other research for $10.00 per hour.  Mail your request with a self addressed stamped envelop to:
