John T. Gregg is buried at Oaklawn Cemetery in Wynnewood and does have a military marker.  There is also an Iron Cross to mark his grave

He lived in Texas prior to moving to the Wynnewood area

Cemetery records indicate he died February 17, 1910 at the age of 74

There are sources which indicate a John T. Gregg married Mary Frances Garth in 1855 in Freestone County, Texas
