Night baseball will be introduced to Wakeman ball fans soon, with work under way on the erection of a complete lighting unit at Wakeman Field. While the date of the first night encounter is not exactly known, the Redcaps opponents will be the strong Keller News aggregation from Norwalk.

Following the Redcaps engagement at Clyde next Sunday, all future games of the Caps will be played at home, with two games weekly Wednesday and Sundays.
