Seth H. Todd became famous throughout the United States as a breeder of Todd's
Chester White Hogs. At the World's Fair in Chicago in 1893 he won the champion prize.
At the International Fat Stock Exhibit in 1907 he showed Shropshire graded sheep and
won the grand champion prize for the best car of 50 lambs making him the champion
sheep man of the United States. He became a popular lecturer.
