The Shelby Museum of History was organized by a group of women who were members of "The Questers' Inc.", an organization dedicated to preserving the past.. The Museum was incorporated on March 16, 1976, as a non - profit organization. The dedication was on June 11, 1976. The Shelby Museum of History website has moved.
