Ohio Cemeteries is a new project. It is based on some of the smaller cemeteries I have seen in my "travels" around the areas, little cemeteries with no records office, possibly no records at all. They are the small, family plots, forgotten cemeteries, and others that happen to catch my eye as I drive along the country side.

In these pages, I will attempt to capture some of these smaller, less known cemeteries throughout Ohio in digital images. I will be taking digital photographs of the cemeteries, from different angles, trying to capture the "lay out" of the cemetery to help show some landmarks for anyone that might find a stone they need to help fill in some blanks in their research. Some listings will have more information than others. All will have photographs and transcriptions of the headstones or markers in the cemetery as they are at the time of the photographing.

Please be patient with me, this will be a worth-while endeavor, but time is my foe at this time. I will get as many items up as I can. Some may start out with just a listing of the transcriptions of the stones, and the photos will be added later.
