This Indenture made this thirteenth day of May
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and fifty nine Between Thomas Rattigan of Scriba in the
County of Oswego & State of New York of the first part and
Bridgett Rattigan, wife of said party of the first part of the same place of the 
Second part of Witnesseth that the said party of the first part in consideration of
The sum of Five hundred dollars and the natural love & affection which the said
Thomas Rattigan has & ? unto said Bridgett & to him duly paid has sold and
By these presents does grant and convey unto the said party of the second part
Her heirs and assigns  All that trust or parcel of land situate in the town of Scriba
County of Oswego & State of New York being twenty acres of land ? & parallel
With the central part of the west line of Lot number twenty one in the 17th Township
Of Scriba’s Patent distinguished as Hamiltons Cor. The premises hereby conveyed 
Bounded as follows:  Beginning at a point in center of highway which passes East
& west through said Lot said point being on the west line of said lot. Thence 
north 23º E along the said west line to the S.W. corner of 50 acres heretofore layed
off from & parallel with the north line of said Lot. Aforesaid, thence easterly
along the south line of said 50 acres far enough that by a line running southwardly
parallel with the west line of said lot & to intersect the center of said highway
aforesaid shall ? and contain twenty acres of land no more nor less, being the same premised conveyed by John Remington & wife to the party of the first part
by deed of date February 19th, 1851 & Recorded in the Oswego County Clerks Office April 14th 1851 in Book No. 55 page 438.  With the appurtenances and all the Estate title and interest therein of the said party of the first part, and the 
Said Thomas Rattigan does hereby covenant  and agree to and with the said
Party of the second part her heirs and assigns that the premises thus conveyed
In the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party of the second part
Her heirs and assigns he will forever warrant and defend against any 
Person whomsever lawfully claiming the same or any part thereof.
In witness whereof the party of the first part has hereunto set his hand and seal

This Indenture made this third day of November in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty Between Bridget
Rattiken of Scriba in the County of Oswego & state of New York 
Of the first part and Thomas Rattiken of the same place of the second part.  Witnesseth that the said party of the first part in consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars to her duly paid has sold and by these presents does grant and convey to the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns.  All that tract or parcel of land situate in the town of Scriba, County of Oswego, & state of New York, being twenty acres of land from a parallel with the central part of the west line of lot number twenty one in the 17th township of Scriba’s patent distinguished as Hamilton Core abounded as follows, Beginning at a point in the center of the highway which passes east-west through said lot, said point being on the west line of said lot. Thence north 23º E along said west line to the S.W. corner of fifty acres heretofore laid off from % parallel with the north line of said lot.  Thence easterly along the south line of said 50 acres far enough that by a line running south westerly parallel with the west line of said lot & to intersect the center of said highway aforesaid shall embrace contain twenty acres of land no more nor less, being the same premises conveyed by the part of the second part to the party of the first part by deed of date May 30, 1859, recorded same date in the office of Oswego County Clerk in Liber 83 of deeds on page 223.  With the appurtenances and all the estate titles and interest therein of the said party of the first part, and the said Bridgett Rattiken hereby covenant and agree to and with the said party of the secdond part his heirs and assigns that the premises thus conveyed in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns she will forever Warrant and defend against any person whomsoever lawfully claiming the same or any part thereof.  In Witness whereof the party of the first part has hereunto set her hand and seal the day and year first above writtenl

His wife of Scriba in the County of Oswego & State of New York of the first part
And Thomas Rattikan of the City of Oswego same County & State of the
Second part.  Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in con-
Sideration of the sum of Two hundred and sixty dollars lawful money of the
United States of America to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
Part at or before the ? and delivery of these presents the ? whereof is here-
By acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and Confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien remove release convey And confirm unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns Forever| All that certain piece or parcel of land being twenty acres of land from A parallel with the central part of the west line of lot number twenty one
In the 17th township, Scribas’ patent Hamilton Core, said twenty acres hereby intended To be conveyed described and bounded as follows:  beginning at a point in the Center of the highway which crosses said lot from east to West said point
Being on the west line of the said lot from thence N 23° E along the west line
To the S.W. corner of fifty acres of land heretofore laid off from a parallel
With the north line of said original lot N 21 aforesaid:  Thence eastwardly along
The south line of said fifty acres far enough that a line running southward
-ly parallel with the west line of said lot and intersecting the center of said
highway aforesaid ? and contain twenty acres of land no more nor less
Together with all and singular the tenements here dilaments and appurtenances
Thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
Remainder and remainders rents issues and profit thereof And Also All the
Estate right title interest dower heirship property possessions claim and demand
Whatsoever as well in ? as in equity of the said partied of the first part
Of on or to the above described premises and every part and parcel thereof with the
Appurtenances To Have and To Hold all and singular the above mentioned and described 
Premises together with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part

of the twon of Scriba Oswego County & state of New York and
Bridget his wife of the first part and Margaret Welch of the City of Oswego
County & State aforesaid of the second part.  Witnesseth that the said party of the first part In consideration of the sum of four hundred & fifty dollars to them duly paid have sold and By these presents do grant and convey to the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns. All that tract or parcel of land situate in the City of Oswego in said county and bounded as Follows.  Beginning at a point on the south line of Block number eighteen in the second ward Of said City, one hundrend eighteen feet east from the south west corner of said Block one hundDred thirty two feet to the south line of said Block.  Thence east on the south line of said Block to the place of beginning sixty feet.  With the appurtenances and all the estate title
And insterest therein of the said party  of the first part, and the said parties of the first part do Hereby covenant and agree to and with the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns That the premise this conveyed in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party of the Second part her heirs and assigns they will forever Warrant and defend against any person Whomsoever lawfully claiming the same or any part thereof.  In Witness Whereof the parties of The first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.

Thousand eight hundred and forty-eight Between Joseph C. Wright & Adeline F. his
Wife of Oswego in the county of Oswego & state of New York of the first part and
Thomas Ratican of the same place of the second part. Witnessesth, that the 
Said parties of the first part for and inconsideration of the sum of fifty five dollars
Lawful money of the United States of America in hand paid by the said party of the second Part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ackowledged have granted bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these Presents do grant bargain sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto the said party of The second part and to his heirs and assigns forever|  All of subdivision One (1) of Blocks eighteen &
Nineteen (19) in the Village of east Oswego as the same was subdivided by John W.P. Allen and Laid down on a Map of said Block, on file in the Office of the Clerk of Oswego County Being one hundred and twenty eight feet (128) front on Mitchel Street, by one hundred & thirty two Feet (132) deep on ninth street.  Together with all and singular the ? ? And appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions & Remainder and remainders, rents issues profits thereof.  And also all the estate right Title interest property possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity Of the said parties of the first part of in or to the above described premises, and every part And parcel thereof with the appurtenances.  To have and to hold all and singular the above Mentioned and described premises together with the appurtenances unto the said party
Of the second part his heirs and assigns forever.  And the said Joseph C. Wright for himsSelf his heirs executors and administrators does covenant promise and agree to and with The said party of the second part his heirs and assigns that he has no made done Committed executed or suffered any act or acts thing or things whatsoever, whereby or By means whereof the above mentioned and described premises or any part or parcel Thereof now are or at any time hereafter shall or may be impeached charged or Encumbered in any manner or way whatsoever. ~ In witness whereof the said Parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.

Wright and Adeline F. his wife to me known to be the persons described in and who executed The within Deed and severally acknowledged that they executed the same.  And the said Adeline F. on a private examination apart from her husband acknowledged that she Executed the same freely and without any fear or compulsion of her husband.

Allen and Lois Ann his wife of the village & County of Oswego of the first
Part and Thomas Rattican of the same place of the second part.  Witnesseth
That the said part of the first part for and in Consideration of the Sum of One
Hundred and Ten Dollars, Money of account of the United Stated to them in
Hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt wereof is hereby
Confessed and acknowledged have granted, bargain, sold, remised, released
Aliened and confirmed and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, release
Alien and confirm unto the said party of the Second part and to his Heirs and
Assigns for ever.  All that portion of Block number eighteen in the village
Of East Oswego and bounded as follows:  beginning at a point in the
South bound of said block one hundred and twenty-eight feet easterly from the
Southwest corner of said block 18, thence northerly parallel with ninth Street
One hundred and thirty two feet; thence westerly seventy five feet parallel with
Aquilla Street:  thence ? thirty parallel with ninth Street ?  One hundred and
Thirty two feet; thence easterly along the south bound bound of said block
Seventy five feet to the place of beginning.  Together with alland singular
The hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise apper
-taining and the revisions, remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof and all
the estate right title interest claim and demand whatsoever of the said part
of the first part either in law or equity of in and to the above bargained premis
-es with the hereditaments and appurtenances To have and to hold the said
hereby granted above mentioned and described premises with the appurtenances
and every part and parcel thereof to the said party of the second part his Heirs
and assigns to the ? and only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party
of the second part his Heirs and assigns Forever, And the said John W.P. Allen
and Lois Ann his wife for themselves their heirs Executor and administrator do
covenant grant, bargain, promise and agree to and with the said party of the second
part his Heirs and assign to Warrant and forever & Defend the above bargain
ed premises and every part and parcel thereof now being in the quiet peace-
able possession of the said party of the second part against the said party of the first part his Heirs and assigns and all otherpersons lawfully claiming or to claim

One thousand Eight hundred and forty four Between Robert Atkinson and
Maria his wife of the Town of Oswego County Of Oswego and Stat of New
Yorke of the first part and Thomas Ratigan of the Village of Oswego County 
Of Oswego State aforesaid of the second part  Witnesseth that the said party of the
First part for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars money
Of account of the United Sate to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
Part the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged have granted bargained Sold remised released aliened and confirmed and by these present do grant bargain Sell release alien and confirm into the said party of the second part and to his heirs And assings forever All that certain piece of land being a subdivision lot of Block Number One hundred Twenty nine & one hundred & thirty in East Oswego as surveyed Layed out by JW P Allen and more particularly known as lot number thirteen in said Subdivision bounded as follows beginning at the North west corner of lot Number twelve of said Subdivision on Catherine Street and runs from thence westerly along the line of said Street fifty feet to the North East corner of lot Number fourteen thence southerly along the Division line of Number fourteen & thirteen One hundred & seventy three feet then Easterly along the line of ? Street fifty feet to the south west corner of Lot Number twelve and from thence to the place of Beginning until it strikes Catherine Street.  Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto Belonging or in any wise appertaining and the revisions remainders rents issues And profits thereof and all the Estate right title interest claim and demand whatsoever Of the said party of the first part either in law or Equity of in and to the above bargained premises.
With the hereditaments and appurtenances to have and to hold the said hereby granted Above mentioned and described premises with the appurtenances and Every part and Parcel thereof to the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to the sole And only proper use benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part his heirs And assigns forever and the said the party of the first part each for her or himself And their respective ? heirs executors and administrators doth covenant grant bar Gain promis and agree to and with the said party of the second part heirs and Assigns to Warrant and forever to Defend the above bargained premises and every Part and parcel thereof Now being in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said Party of the second against the said party of the first part their heirs and Assigns and all other persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part Thereof In Witness whereof the parties to these presents hereunto set their hands and seals
