Memorial stone (1967) Jemima Demick

Formerly located on Long Pond Road near the Erie Canal. There was only 15 tombstones but there was a total of 137 bodies buried in this small cemetery. Was moved to a well marked plot in the Falls Cemetery to make way for Park Ridge Hospital.

This list was updated in 2002 when a map showing a few names of burials in this cemetery that do not have any tombstone. Those names probably came from the brass plates on some old style wooden caskets.
