Ferry Schedule from L'Etete to Butler's Point

The first ferry leaves Butler's Point on Deer Island at 6:30am and the first ferry from L'Etete (Route 172) at 7:00 am.

Get in line for either ferry immediately upon arrival at the location. The cars are usually pulled over to the right side of the road and stopped. During the summer months you may have to wait through a ferry departure. Transport trailer trucks also use the ferries, so this can make your wait longer. There is a bathroom on the ferries for passenger use. If the weather permits, climb out of your car . The color of the water here in L'Etete Passage is absolutely spectacular.
