Join the Platte County Historical and Genealogical Society. Membership fees are due January 1. There are two general memberships meetings held per year one the last Sunday in April for election of officers and one the last Sunday of October when the Betty Soper Historical Award is bestowed. Membership cards are available when self-addressed, stamped envelope is submitted with membership application form, Membership benefits includes a subscription to PCHS Bulletin (three editions per year) with articles of Platte County history, local news, and queries received. Also free admission to our Historical and Research Library and the Ben Ferrel Museum (special events excluded). ANNUAL DUES Individual - $20.00 Family - $30.00 Student (Currently registered) - $1.00 Corporate/Commercial - $50.00 Life Membership Age 1-55 years - $400.00 Age 56-75 years - $300.00 Age over 75 years - $100.00 (per membership based on age oldest member) Contributing Donors Annual Membership Contributor - $50.00 - $99.00 Sustaining - $100.00 - $149.00 Supporter - $150.00 - $199.00 Ambassador - $200.00 - $499.00 Benefactor - $500.00 or more
