1860 census update. Thanks to those helping to finish this census project. I have 15 pages (aprox) that have been assigned, and waiting for return to me. Other than these pages, we are ready for proofing of the pages I actually entered, and we have one person willing to do those for us. I have been proofing the others as I go along, and made changes/corrections as needed. You will recall that about 1/2 of the pages transcribed for this census were lost in transferring, so this is a big step toward finishing this project! The census images are on disk , and when the index is complete, the disk (cd) will be made available by contacting Marge Campbell Email Marge Campbell
