McCracken Room
The McCracken Room, located on the first floor of the Museum, contains many McCracken family heirlooms, such as a bed made in 1835 that was given as a wedding present in 1865.
This bed was made in 1835, the year that Polk County came into being.
This bed is a McCracken family heirloom.
Here is a fainting couch from the 1800s.
This is a concert organ with a hand crank. It is on loan from the Steely family.
