What Pacific area church is this 1940 VBS Photo From?

These photographs were provided by Rosalie Colli of California. She says her sister, Louise McMillan, is on the far right in the top photo. In the lower photo, Rosalie McMillan in the front row has an "X" on her dress. To her right is Kenneth Doyle. Kenneth's mother was one of the teachers and his sisters, Ida Mae and Betty Doyle, are also in the photo. Mary McMillan, Louise McMillan, and Lewis "Bud" McMillan are also in the photo. Rosalie does not know what church this Vacation Bible School was at. Can you help? If so, please contact Sue Cooley.
