Vernon Township is made up of Southern parts of Section 31, 30 and 29 of Township 65 North Range 5 West, Western parts of
section 4, 9, 17, 19, 20, 30, 31, and all of sections 5, 6, 7, 18 of Township 64 North Range 5 West, western parts of section 6, 7, 18 of
Township 63 North range 5 West for a total of 7 to 10 square miles.
