  The Christian County Museum and Historical Society is open for visitors in the late spring, throughout the summer months, and in early fall. Contact the museum for specific hours. This historical society and museum publishes a quarterly journal called "The Christian County Historian." Back issues are available for purchase at the museum. There are also several other Christian County publications for sale there.
