Ervin's father Wallace is the son of Dr. David Harvy Maxwell the son of John & Mahala who are buried at Mineral Springs, and the husband of Louisa (Thompson) Maxwell also buried at Mineral Springs. Betty Jean (Shmidt) Maxwell lies next to Ervin at Oak Hill, her mother, Agnes and father Bert Kring are there also. Agnes was born at Madry and Bert in Cassville.
