The surname of Patsy, wife of Elias Bowyer, may be Garrison. Mary Ann Head Bowyer md. Benjamin Williams after death of John Bowyer--I have not been able to find date of his death but likely was buried in Osa Cemetery, Barry Co. MO. Mary Ann was supposed to have been buried at Osa but due to ice storm, was buried in Maple Park in unmarked grave with 2nd husband Ben Williams--she was his 2nd wife. Cordelia (Rennie) Bowyer is a mystery. I have not been able to find marriage to a Mr. Brown for her altho that is what my great aunt Mary Ethridge told me. My grandparents were John Henry and Lizzie Bouyer. The reason there are several spellings is that some of the boys changed spelling of surname after they were grown.

Art worked on the railroad and was one of the foreman who help build Roaring River State Park. Ivy was a homemaker and helped run the farm she also help with the election for years in Barry co. Ivy and her sister Eva Walton ran a cafe in Washburn where the feed mill is today. They lived in Washburn almost all their lives had a family there one daughter. There is still family living around Washburn today and Ivy's brothers has family there also. They raised cattle and a dairy back in the 60's on highway 37 outside of Washburn, MO. They always and a big garden and any one could come over and get food from them when they right by the rail road tracks the hobo's would know when they was eating lunch they would come to the back door and asked for something to eat and get water and rest under the shade tree when the bank Seligman was help once back in the 60 ' they had a shot out the back side of their land and was trying to get to the barn.
