If you click the "Submit" button before completing the form, you will send me a blank request which I cannot do anything with.
You will not hear from me and nothing will be posted.

If you click on the "Clear Form" button before you click the "Submit" button, all information you have entered will be erased and won't be sent.  It is too late if you click "Clear Form" after you click the "Submit" button.
