In honor of Southwest Michigan Military personnel, Van Buren Regional Genealogical Society has begun a Military Register of all  persons who have actively served in any branch of the military - at any time.  To qualify, the recipient must have lived in Van Buren, Cass, Allegan, Kalamazoo or Berrien Counties at some time during their lifetime.
