My thanks go to Bess Britton of Decatur, MI who has donated her collection on Michigan One Room Schools to the Webster Memorial Library .  This collection has much information on over 560 Michigan schools, along with artifacts from some of these schools.  This collection may be viewed at the Local History Room at Webster's Library in Decatur, MI.
