| WELCOME to Monroe County, Michigan. The purpose of this project is to provide useful information in researching family history, genealogy, and local history related to Monroe County, Michigan. My name is Mike Sandridge and I am your Monroe County Coordinator. If you find anything wrong with any of the pages on this site, please don't hesitate to email me. If you know of any Monroe County resources that should be included, please let me know. This project is based on volunteers that are also needed to assist with the transcription of records.
