Old As You Feel by Ruth Lau

Mr. Frank Byes, despite his age (89 years) and two light strokes, is still able to walk the streets of Pasadena, California, using a cane for “moral” support.  He would appreciate hearing from friends.  His address:  Frank Bayes, 312 Henrietta Street, Pasadena, California.  Don’t disappoint him!

Things I can see, now that the snow is gone from the back yard:  With the garbage-can only a step from the back porch, why were those grapefruit skins tossed out into the yard?  Where on earth did all those bones come from?  The place looks like a dug-up cemetery.  Why weren’t those leaves picked up from that pile and burned, instead of allowing them to lie there all winter and decompose?  What a mess!  Oh, my aching back.
