| WILL OF EDMAN B. GROSS
Know all men by these
present that I Edman B. Gross of the county of Leslie and state of Kentucky,
being in ill health and of sound and disposing mind do make and publish
this my last will And testimony here by revoking all former wills by me
made at any time here to fore made and as to my worldly estate and
all the property real and personal or mixed of which I possess when I die
or be entitled to at the time of my death, I divide bequeath and dispose
there of in the manor following, first in my will is that all my just debts
be paid shall by my executors here in after named, be paid out of my estate
as soon after my demise as may be convenient. I give divide and bequeath
to my beloved wife Elanes Gross and infant children my mare bridle and
saddle and my perishable property after my debts are paid and after my
demise to have and to hold the same to them forever also give my beloved
wife Elanes Gross my farm lying on Wolf Creek in Leslie County and its
appurtenances to have and to hold the same for her for and during her natural
life and after her death the said land and its appurtenances falls to my
two William B. gross and George W. Gross to have and to hold the same to
them forever and lastly I do nominate and appoint my beloved wife Elanes
Gross to be executor of this my last will and testimony. Testimony
where of I the said Edman B. Gross have to this my last will and testament
contained on one sheet of paper and to this have subscribed my name and
fixed my seal this the 25th day of June 1885.
