#1-First day of Campbell County Court. Court Order Book #A page 4, 1 Jun 1795. John P Smith licensed to practice as an attorney took the oath of fidelity to the commonwealth and the oath of Attorney and thereupon is admitted to practice in this court.
#2-Second session of Campbell County Court at Newport. Court Order Book #A page 14, 7 Sep 1795. Burtrand Ewell Gent is licensed to practice as an attorney took the Oath of Fidelity to the Commonwealth and the Oath of an Attorney and thereupon is admitted to practice in this Court.
#3-4th Session of Campbell County Court at Newport. Court Order Book #A page 23, 7 Dec 1795. John S Wells Esquire upon producing testimony that he is qualified to practice the law upon taking the Oath of fidelity to the Commonwealth and the Oath of an Attorney is admitted to practice as an attorney in this Court.
#4-Court 1 Aug 1796 at house of Jacob Fowler in Newport. Court Order Book #A page 49. Jacob Burnet is admitted an Attorney of this Court he being duly qualified according to Law.
#5-Court 10 Jul 1797 Court House in Newport. Court Order Book #A page 104. Daniel Symmes produced a License authorizing him to practice law in the courts of the Commonwealth whereupon the Oath of Fidelity and the Oath of office were administered to the said Daniel and it is ordered that it be recorded that he be considered as an Attorney of this court.
#6-Court 9 Oct 1797 at the Court House in Newport. Court order Book #A page 117. Richard Southgate Esquire produced his license authorizing him to practice by Law he is admitted on his motion to practice as an Attorney of this court.
#7-Court 11 Dec 1797 Court House Newport. Court Order Book #A page 128. George W Burnet produced a License authorizing him to practice Law in the Courts of this Commonwealth and having taken the Oaths prescribed by Law he is admitted on his motion an Attorney of this Court.
#8-Commonwealth Attorney 8 Jan 1798 Court House Newport. Court Order Book #A page 136. Richard Southgate Esquire is appointed Commonwealth attorney for this Court.
