Jeremiah Kirtley Deceased and return the within as a true Inventory thereof.

This Inventory and Appraisement of the estate of Jeremiah Kirtley Deceased 

was returned into Court & Ordered to be Recorded.

In pursuance of a clause in the last Will & Testament of Jeremiah Kirtley 

Deceased I have this day GIven up two small negroes, to wit, Eve and Rose 

to be applied and Valued to Levenia Eve & Clarissia Eve, agreeable to the 

said Will. Given under my hand & Seal this 30th day of December 1806.

We Jeremiah Kirtley and Absalom Graves have this day Valued two small negroes, 

to wit, Eve and Rose which we appraised as a part of the estate of Jeremiah 

Kirtley Deceased to be applyed to the benefit of Levenia Eve and Clarrisia 

Eve as directed by the last Will and Testament of the said Deceased, and do 

Value Eve to be worth ninety dollars, Rose to be worth seventy dollars. Given 

under our hands as Executors of the said Deceased this 30th day of December 

one thousand eight hundred and six.
