Payne. He married 1) Mary Virginia Harrison 2) Martha Jane Huckaby
3) Eliza Sigal Francis. He died 6 Apr 1926 in Bolivar, Polk Co.,
MO. Buried Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetary, Hopewell, Polk Co.,
MO. He served in the Civil War; Company A, 37th Kentucky Infantry,
