Funeral services were held recently for James C. Gomel, 81, of Longford, with burial in Rose Meron Cemetery. He was born in Craig, Mo., and had lived in the Manchester and Longford communities for many years. He is survived by three sons, Louis of Craig, Mo., Donald of Topeka and Herbert of Longford; one daughter, Mrs. Hazel Panton of Wichita.
