This stone is erected over the body of REVD. DARBY BRENNAN,
27 years Pastor of this parish,
where he zealously taught his flock both
by word and example.
He departed this life, sincerely regretted, 30th July, 1782.

in Union since 1782, laid the first stone in this chapel 1801.
