1798 Patrick Bragan (Beagan on 1841 census card) of Millcove Rd. lot 35 is born in Ireland. Turns out to be Brogan's that moved to Dorchester,Ma.

1841 Census of lot 35 north shows a Patrick Bragan (Beagan on archives card) with 6 years expired from his lease. He has 2 males under age 16 and 7 females under age 16. He is 43 and his wife is between 16 and 45. He and his wife were born in Ireland, 4 children born in Scotland and 5 born on P.E.I. He was age 37 on arrival and has repaid 6 passenger fares. Turns out to be Brogan's that moved to Dorchester, Ma.

June 28,1842 Peter Beagan, older brother or uncle to Owen is a witness to the inductance between Michael Costin, Michael's wife Ann Costin and the the Rev. Malachias Reynolds which leads to the lease of Patrick Brogan of Ft. Augaustus Rd. in lot 36.

 Feb.4,1886 James Whelan is baptized to William Whelan and Catherine O’Donnell at St. Joachim’s in Vernon River. The sponsors were D.J. Car and Michael and Margaret Brogan.

May 23,1887 James Bagan, a 23 year old attendant from Danvers wed Sarah A. Brogan, age 21, also an attendant living in Danvers. Both were born in PEI. James’s parents were Philip and Ann Bagan. Sarah’s parents were Andrew and Bridget Brogan. They were married in Peabody by The Rev. M.J. Masterson. Mass Vital records F63-M3 Vol 379, page 357.

 May 4,1890 St. Patrick's records the death of a Pat Brogan.
