Martha printed these letters for the Noble County Historical Society. For several issues she wrote a part entitled, "Dear Elizabeth" which were letters written in the 1800s from and to persons living in the Old Jail. Martha used actual facts she found in all the various resources at the museum and then fictionalized the letters. The result is a delightful book about life in Noble County at that time.
