Harrison County, IN Genealogy

Welcome to Harrison County Indiana! Thank you very much for stopping by!

Harrison County was created in 1808 and is bordered by Crawford County on the west, Floyd County on the east, Washington County on the north. Across the Ohio river to the south are Meade , Hardin, Bullitt and Jefferson Counties in KY. Harrison County is home to Corydon, the original State Capitol.

This site is still under construction and I very much need your help in posting information here. Currently, many of the links on the left and right are off-site links, meaning they go to someone elses website. I would like to build up this Harrison County site with more information so that most of the links on the left stay on-site! To do that I need your help. Please, if you have any information, data, birthdates, death dates, etc. send them to me to be included here.
