Diocese of Belleville (Catholic Church) — A number of parish records have been microfilmed by the Catholic Church, including records from Gallatin County parishes. The earliest date to 1842, though prior records should be found in the records of St. Vincent's across the river in Morganfield, Kentucky. The link goes to the finding aids created by the St. Clair County Genealogy Society for searching through the microfilmed records which are available for public inspection at two libraries in St. Louis, Missouri, and Belleville, Illinois.
