After a long period of suffering, Mrs. Jane Beadle, wife of Rezin A. Beadle, was released from her sufferings Tuesday, Oct. 24. She was born Jan. 8, 1835 in Dolson Township. April 5, 1855, she was united in marriage to Rezin A. Beadle, to which union were born Charles E. and Mary E. (Davis) both of whom together with her aged husband, survive. Besides these loved ones she leaves to mourn her departure three brothers, two sisters, eight grandchildren and one great grandchild, and many other relatives and friends. For more than 50 years she was a faithful and devoted member of the Methodist Episcopal church. As the end drew near she expressed her willingness to go, and that she felt ready to meet her Redeemer. The funeral was held from the Clarksville Methodist Church conducted by Rev. Chas. E. Taylor, pastor of the First Methodist church in this city. Interment was made in the cemetery at Clarksville.
