Additional
charges per surname / request:
$5.00 per hour each microfilm search
$10.00 per each Fayette Co. office visited
NOTE: Copies of vital records from the Courthouse are $5.00 each; $15.00 for Certified Copies
$5.00 per each Fayette Co. cemetery visited - plus mileage
(plus cost for photocopies, photos, postage and handling)
